water, love - never forget, very good organic flour, a lot of fun, buttery butter from France, unique sourdough, crystal - clear sea salt, funky music to dance to, really really good eggs, right amount of time = ‘super’ important, - some sweetness from sugar, good coffee to get caffeinated, whole milk - only, passion for baking, heat from the oven, terroir, belief that we are doing something great, precision, heavy cream rich in flavor, some honey never hurts, beautiful sunlight, patience, well - mannered visitors, good vibes, great ingredients, laughter.
